THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF MANERVA JANE TONEY, WIDOW OF THE LATE P.G. TONEY.

1. [sic – it should read I,] Manerva Jane Toney, widow of the late P. G. Toney, do hereby make and publish this as my last will and testament, hereby revoking and making void all other wills, testaments, or codicils by me at any time made.

Item 1.

FIRST. I direct that my funeral expenses and all my debts be paid as soon after my death as possible, out of any moneys that I may die possessed of, or may first come into the hands of my executor.

Item 11. [sic]

SECONDLY. For the love and affection I hold for my sister, Hattie Carlton, and on account of her kind and loving care of me and my late husband, I give, devise and bequeath all my property, real personal and mixed of every kind and of every nature, which I hold now, or may hereafter hold, by will, deed or otherwise, to my said sister, Hattie Carlton, to be hers absolutely and forever in fee.

Item 111. [sic]

LASTLY. I do hereby nominate and appoint W. M. Cameron my executor.

In witness whereof, I do to this, my will and testament, set my hand, this the 2nd day of January, 1928.
