I, Peyton Garrett Toney, do make and publish this as my last will and testament.

First, I direct that my funeral expenses and all of my just debts be paid as soon after my death as possible out of any money that I may die possessed of or may first come into the hands of my executor.

Secondly, I give and bequeath to my beloved wife, Minerva Jane Toney, all of the property both real and personal that I may die possessed of, and it is my desire that she use same in just such way and manner as will suit her. I vest her with full power of conveyance.

Lastly, I do nominate and name W. M. Cameron of South Pittsburg, Tennessee as my sole executor, who shall serve without bond.

In witness whereof, I do to this, my will set my hand, this the 25th day of July 1919.
