Last Will and Testament of Walter R. Goff of Ladds, Tennessee. October 20, 1925.

This is the last will and testament if me, Walter R. Goff, made this the 20th day of October, A.D. 1925, in Ladds, Tennessee, Marion County.

I bequeath all my lands, consisting of my home at Ladds in Marion Country, Tennessee, and one lot – number 15, Block 7, Government Hill at Muscle-Shoals [sic], Ala., Colbert County.

My personal property whatsoever and wheresoever unto my wife, Fay Goff, for her absolute use and benefit and I appoint my wife executrix of this my will without bond.
