The Last Will and Testament of H. J. Walker of South Pittsburg, Tennessee.

I, H. J. Walker, of South Pittsburg, Tennessee being of sound mind and disposing memory, do hereby make, publish and declare the following as and for my last will and testament hereby revoking all wills or testamentary dispositions heretofore made:

First, I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon after my death as can conveniently be done.

Then, all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real personal and mixed, wherever situated, I give and bequeath to my wife, Mattie Walker, absolutely and forever.

I hereby nominate and appoint my wife, Mattie Walker, Executrix of this my last will and testament, and excuse her from giving any bond as such.

In Testimony whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name this the 14th day of February 1924, in the presence of Alan S. Kelly and Clara Lane, whom I have requested to become attesting witnesses hereto.

The foregoing instrument was signed, subscribed and declared by H.J. Walker as and for his last will and testament in our presence and we, at the same time, at his request and in his presence and in the presence of each other, hereto subscribe our names as subscribing witnesses thereto.
