Will of Charles R. Kellerman

I, C. R. Kellerman, being of sound mind and disposing memory, do hereby make, publish and declare the following as and for my last will and testament: thus revoking all former wills and testamentary dispositions:

After the payment of my debts, I give and bequeath, absolutely and forever, to my wife, Edith Kellerman, all the remainder of my estate, real personal and mixed, wherever situated including insurance on my life payable to me, my estate my executor or administration.

I hereby nominate and appoint my wife, Edith Kellerman, as the executor of this will and testament and excuse her froming [sic- from] giving and [sic] bond as such.

Done at South Pittsburg, Tennessee, this October 25th, 1926, in the presence of the undersigned whom I have requested to become subscribing witnesses hereto.

The foregoing instrument was signed, published and declared by C. R. Kellerman as and for his last will and testament in our presence and we, at the same time, in his presence, at his request and in the presence of each other, hereunto subscribe our names as subscribing witnesses.
