I, John R Morgan of the Town of Whitwell, Tennessee, County of Marion, being of sound mind and memory do make publish and declare this to be my last will and testament, towit [sic];

First – All my just debts and funeral expenses shall be paid.

Second = I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate both personal and real, to my beloved father G W Morgan, and mother, S. P. Morgan, share and share alike.

Third = I nominate my said father G. W. Morgan to be the executor of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made.

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this the 26^th day of April A.D. 1922
