In the name of the Beloved Father of all men;

I, W.H. Golston of Cedar Springs, Tennessee, being about seventy years old, and being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make and publish and declare this my last will and testament, hereby revoking and making null and void all other last wills and testaments made by me heretofore.

First, my will is that all my just debts and funeral expenses shall be paid out of my estate, as soon after my decease as shall be found convenient.

Second, it is my will that all my real estate shall be sold and the proceedings of it together with all my personal property be divided equally among my five children namely:

Mrs D. L. Griffith, Mrs J. T. McClain, H. L. Golston, Ethel Golston, and A. E. Golston.

Third, it is my will that D. L. Griffith of Dunlap, Tennessee, and A. E. Golston of Cedar Springs, Tennessee be the joint executors of this my last will and testament without bond, in this the year of Our Lord One Thousand Nine Hundred and Twenty Five, the twelfth month and __ day.
