I, Mack Burnett, Senior, of Richard City, Tennessee, being of sound mind and disposing memory, do hereby make and declare the following as my last Will and Testament:

FIRST. I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses shall be first paid.

Second. Then all my property and estate, real and personal, including the Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) of insurance now being paid to me by the War Risk Insurance Bureau, on account of the death of my son, Mack Burnett, at the rate of Fifty-seven and 50-100 Dollars ($57.50) per month, the unpaid balance of which, at my death, is payable to my estate: I give and bequeath to my beloved daughter, Jane Burnett.

Done this 4th day of November, Nineteen Hundred and Nineteen (1919), at South Pittsburg, Tennessee, in the presence of Alan S. Kelly and Nell Allen, both of South Pittsburg, Tennessee, whom I have Requested to become subscribing witnesses hereto.

The foregoing instrument was signed published and declared by Mack Burnett, as and for his last Will and Testament, in our presence and in the presence if each of us, and we, at the same time, at his request, in his presence, and in the presence of each other, hereunto sign our names and residences as Attesting Witnesses, this Fourth (4th) day of November Nineteen Hundred and Nineteen (1919).
