Cedar Springs, Tenn. Jan. 2, 1925.

I?[sic] A. W. Condra?[sic] realizing that I may die in a few hours here and now make my last and only existing will.

I will that my wife, Mollie, be the Executy[sic] of my will without bond and that she take charge of all my property where ever found and that she make no account to any Court, And that she keep and use all I have and do as she likes in all business affairs the same as if I was there in person.
