Will of D. C. Kelly

I, D. C. Kelly of Marion County, Tennessee, being of sound mind and deposing memory do make and publish
this my last will and testament hereby revoking all will by me at any former time made.
1.
I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be first paid by my executor.

I hereby give, devise and bequeath to my beloved wife, Della Kelly, all my property of every character,
real, personal and mixed wherever situated, that I may die seized and possessed of, to go to her
absolutely and in fee simple. In making this bequest and devise to my wife I have in mind each of my
children, but think the best interest of all concerned will be met by the disposition of my property to
my wife in the manner aforesaid.
I hereby nominate and appoint my said wife, Della Kelly, the sole executor of this my last will and
testament, and direct that she be excused from making bond and from making inventory and reports.
Executed at Jasper, Tennessee, this November 23, 1922.
