I, Leighton K. Downing of South Pittsburg, Tennessee hereby make and publish this my last will and testament hereby revoking all others at any time made.

I will devise and bequeath to my beloved wife Bessie Patton Downing all property real and personal of every description of which I die seized and possessed or in which I may own any interest at the time of my death.

I hereby constitute and appoint the said Bessie Patton Downing sole Executrix of this my last will and Testament and requst [sic] that she be excused from executing any bond as such Executrix.
