Will of Halbert C. Ray

I, Halbert C. Ray, of Marion County, Tennessee, being of sound Mind and disposing memory, do make and publish this my last Will and testament, hereby revoking all wills by [sic] at any former time made.

(1) I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be first be paid.

(2) I give and bequeath and devise to my beloved wife, Mary Ray, all My property- Personal, real and mixed. where ever situated, to take the personal absolutely and realty in fee simple.

(3) I hereby nominate and appoint by said wife, Mary Ray the sole executor of this my last will and testament, and I direct that she be excused from making bond, and I further specially direct that no inventory or settlements be required of her.

Witness my hand at Jasper, Tennessee, this November 25th, 1918.
