"WILL"

I, R. McGill, do make and publish this as my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void all others by me at any time made.

1st-- I give and bequeath to Mrs. Emma McGill, my present wife, the following property to-wit:

Lot No. Six(6) in block fifty-seven (57) as the same appears on the registered plat of South Pittsburg, Tennessee, with the appertenances and improvements there on.
But it is agreed that R. McGill shall convey the same at any time he thinks best is [sic] it is agreeable with both parties and if said wife is willing to sign the deed.

2nd. and last, I do hereby nominate and appoint Mrs. Emma McGill, my Executrix.

In witness whereof, I do to this, my will, set my hand, this the 24th day of April, 1922.
