Eliza Loving, wife of John H. Loving, this is to certify that I will our home and Lot No 5 in block 4 of Detford land and improvement Co. to my husband J. H. Loving his life time for taking care of me.

I also will what debts and notes that is out. I also want him to look after Florence, see that she is cared for while with him or away, and school her, if he keeps her all the time.
