Will of John Beene

I John Beene being of sound mind make this my last will and testament hereby revoking any other will that may ever have been made by me.

First. I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid.

Second. I bequeath to my daughter Queen Esther Gilbert the sum of sixty Dollars in cash.

Third. As I taken of the appreciation for the house given me by my niece Janie Hill and her husband James Hill, and the loving care given me during my last days by them, I bequeath to them jointly all the property I may die possessed of both real and personal.

I appoint James Hill as executor of my estate to act without bond.
