Will of John Parker, Sr.

I, John Parker Sr. make and publish this as my last will and testament hereby revoking and making void all others by me at any time made.

First: I direct that my funeral expenses and all my debts be paid as soon after my death as possiable [sic] out of any moneys that I may die possessed of or may first come into the hands of my executor.

Secondly: I give and bequeath to my daughter Alice Turney the sum of $5.00 Five Dollars

Thirdly: I give and bequeath to my daughter Nora Raulston the sum of $5.00 Five Dollars.

Fourthly: I give and bequeath to my son Thomas Parker's heirs the sum of $5.00 five dollars.

Fifthly: I give and bequeath to my grand-daughter's Bonnie Parker, John Birdie Parker, Sarah Parker, Beulah Parker, Mary Parker & Hallie Parker all my household goods they to share and share alike.

Sixthly: I give and bequeath to my grand-daughter Bonnie Parker my Ford car.

Seventhly: I give and bequeath to my son John Parker Jr. all the balance of the property I may die possessed of both real and personal wherever located

Lastly: I do hereby nominate and appoint John Parker Jr. my executor to act without bond.

In witness whereof I do to this my will set my hand this the 26th July (1921) One Thousand nine hundred and twenty one.
