Will of W. H. Ingle

I, W. H, Ingle do make and publish this my last will and testament, hereby revoking and making void all
others by me at any time made.
First, I direct that my funeral expenses and all my debts be paid as soon after my death as possible, out
of any moneys that I may die possessed of, or may first come into the hands of my executor.
Secondly, I give and bequeath to my daughter-in-law Rose Ingle, and my grandchildren, John J. Ingle,
Avyline Ingle, Catharine Ingle McDaniel, and Fannie Neil Ingle all the balance of my property, both
personal and real to be divided equally between them. Share and share alike.
Lastly I do hereby nominate and appoint my grand daughter, Avyline Ingle my executrix to act without
bond.
In witness whereoff [sic] I do to this my will set my hand this the 5th day of January 1921
