I, William May, do make and publish this as my last will and testament hereby revoking and making void all others heretofore made by me at any time made revoking the one will made last Mak [sic] because it is not to my liking.

First: I direct that my funeral expenses and all my debts be paid also my daughter Florence Steel, a reasonable sum for her services rendered and to be rendered up to my death for taking care of me. She has been with me four months to this date. These to be paid off as soon after my death as possible, out of any money I die possessed of or may come into the hands of my executors.

Secondly: I give and bequeath to each one of my children and [sic] equal divide. I have five bodily heirs, one girl, four sons, each of my children shall have a fare [sic] and equal share after all my debts are paid. I also bequest to my two Grand children Leonard Turner and Manerva La    [the surname is illegible after the first two letters] the right to their dead mothers part or would have a part had they not died, but these children shall have share equal to my other children each one have the same in Dollars and cents. After all my land and personally [sic] has been sold my executor to the end that justice be meeted out to my children and grand children, the same right and equals to the end that [sic- did not finish sentence]

lastly that I hereby nominate and appoint Matthew Steel my executor in witness whereof I do to this my will set my hand this 1st day of November 1919.

Signed and published in our presence and we have subscribed our names in the presence of the testator, this 1st day of November 1919. Further we have no interest in this will.
