Know all men by these presents, that, I, T. Craighead Rawlings, being of sound mind and disposing memory, and being aware of the uncertainties of life, do make and publish this as my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me made at any time.

First: After the payment of all my debts and my funeral expenses, I will and bequeath unto R. C. Goodier, all the personal property of which I die seized and possessed.

Second: I do will and bequeath unto my sister Margaret Goodier, for her use during her natural life, my interest in all the real estate I own; this to be used and enjoyed by the said Margaret Goodier during her life time, and at her death to go in fee simple to my nephew, Richard C. Goodlier and his children now living and any that may be born to his present wife, Grace Goodier, said Richard C. Goodlier and his said children now living or hereafter born as aforesaid, to hold said real property equally and as tennants [sic] in common, and in the event my sister the said Margaret Goodlier, does not outlive me, then at my death said property goes to Richard C. Goodlier and his children as above set out. But if the said Richard C. Goodlier should die before before I do, then said real property and all else I possess not herein mentioned, shall go in equal shares to the children of said Richard C Goodier as above mentioned, and in fee simple, subject however to a life interest in the said Margaret Goodier, my sister should she be then living.

Lastly, I hereby nominate and appoint Richard C. Goodier sole executor of this my last will and testament, to serve without bond
