I, Alexander McCoy of Marion County, Tennessee being of sound mind and disposing memory, do hereby make and publish this my last will and testament revoking and annuling [sic] all others by me at any time heretofore made.

First. Out of my personal property, moneys, choses in action etc, that I may die seized and possessed of, my executor will pay all my just debts including funeral expenses.

Second I give and devise unto my son G. W. McCoy and to my daughters Nancy Jane Conatser and Josephine Hopkins each one dollar to be paid in cash by my executor.

Third to my sons John and Claud McCoy I give and devise my track of land which I bought of G. W. Bible, situated in what is now the 4th, formerly the 9th district of Marion County, Tennessee, each to have an equal moity [sic- moiety] in the same, also all my personal including money.

Fourth. I hereby nominate and appoint as executor of this my will my son Claud McCoy and having full faith and confidence in his honest[y] and intergrity [sic- integrity], I hereby excuse him from executing bond.
In witness whereof, I do this my will set my hand this the 14 day of Sept. 1917.
