Will of William McIntyre

I William McIntrye Sr. being of sound mind hereby make my last will and testament to wit.
First, I will or bequeath a certificate for $500.00 (Five Hundred Dollars) on Bank of Atlanta Ga. to be
divided equally between my son Robert, and my daughter Mary.
Second:- I bequeath an insurance police made to my wife of $1000.00 (one Thousand Dollars) in Volunteer
State Life Ins. Co., to be divided equally between my wife Elizabeth McIntyre, my son Robert McIntyre and
my daughter Mary McIntyre.
Third, I bequeath $800.00 or thereabout, cash in First National Bank of Chattanooga to be divided equally
between my wife Elizabeth McIntyre, my son Robert McIntyre and my Daughter Mary McIntyre.
Fourth I bequeath $1000.00 (One Thousand Dollars) Stock in Battle Creek Coal & Coke Co., Orme, Tennessee,
to my son Wm. McIntyre Jr. on condition that he use proceeds of same, for my son Roberts necessities. I
also bequeath to my son William McIntyre Jr. our encyclopedia (Americanized Brittanica).
Fifth. I will or bequeath to my son David McIntyre my set of 7 volumes of Shakespeare and enough other
poems to make the number of volumes ten.
Sixth, I will or bequeath to my son John McIntyre the large family Bible, and my dictionary of Universal
knowledge.
Seventh: I will or bequeath to my son Charlie McIntyre a small bible and 10 (ten) volumes of poets, or
other books;
Eighth all household goods and other to be divided equally between all my children after my wife selects
such things, as she needs from the same.
Ninth. I hereby bequeath to my son James McIntyre 10 or 12 volumes of misscellanous [sic] books.
I do hereby appoint my son Wm McIntyre Jr. as executor of this will without bond He to have charge of
funds made to my son Robert and my daughter Mary- My son Robert to have $15.00 per month and my daughter
Mary to have $10.00 per month.
