Will of G. A. Privett

I, G. A. Privett of Inman, Marion County, and state of Tennessee of the age of 72 years of sound mind and memory do make publish and declare this my last will and testament, that is to say

First I give and bequeath to my children all of my personal property to be equally divided between them.

Second. I give and devise all of my realty to be equally divided between my children or the realty to be sold and the money divided equal between them Now if any of the children or heirs are in debt to me they must first pay that and then an equal division is made between them all. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 3rd day of June 1912.

It is my request that J. A. Privett wind up this estate in full and make all equal division of all according to the above will.

The above instrument consisting of two sheets was at the date thereof signed sealed and published and declared by the said G.A.Privett, as and for his last will and testament in presence of us, who at this request and in his presence and in the presences of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses thereto the 3rd day of June 1912.
