I Estelle Eugenia Bennett being of sound mind and acting according to my own will hereby make this division of my property.

My home place consist of (49 1/2) forty nine and one half acres and house situated near Sequatchee Tenn to be sold within six months after my death and to be vacated within one month after my death and the proceeds to be equally divided between my three children, Attye Hall Snow, Verda Bennett, and Bryon Bennett, nothing to be disturbed or moved out of the house until my daughter Attye takes charge of the house hold and kitchen furniture. Attye Hall Snow will divide all those things equally between herself, Verda Bennett and Byron Bennett

As the organ belongs to Attye it will still be hers. I bequeath my silver cup, ring and broach to Attye Hall Snow and my glasses to Verda Bennett and my knife to Bryon Bennett. Whatever money is left at my death to be divided equally between my three children Attye, verda and Bryon with the exception of ($1.00) one dollar which is to be given to James Standifer Bennett. My wearing apparel to be divided as my mother Mrs. E. J Alexander and my daughter Attye deems best. I will appoint as my executor my brother Mr. S. H. Alexander without bond, also the guardian of my two children that are not of age.

Codicil to my Will

I Estelle E. Bennett of Marion County Tennessee, having heretofore having made my will and testament, which bears date of Feb 7th 1902, do make and declare this codicil thereto to-wit

As the home place and forth-nine acres of land referred to in my will, was given to me by my mother, Mrs. E. J. Alexander, it is my desire that this property revert back to her to do as she pleases with, instead of being sold and divided.

It is my desire that this codicil be attached, and become part of my last will to all intents and purposes.

Pryor (daughter of Green Pryor and Liza Holloway). Estelle married first to Unknown Hall in abt. 1878-1879 and second to James Standifer Bennett on Dec. 13, 1885 in Marion Co., TN. Attye Hall (May 13, 1879- Oct., 2, 1966 L.A., Ca, w/o Euclid Snow) was the daughter of the first marriage (Hall), and Estelle's other two children were by the second marriage. Mrs. E. J. Alexander (Jan. 29, 1835- Jan. 29, 1924) was buried in Pryor Cemetery].
