Will of Arminda Woodall

Know all men by these presence that I Arminda Woodall, wife of John Woodall being of sound mind and
memory, do hereby make my Last Will and testament. It is my will and desire that my beloved husband John
Woodall have all the Real Estate that I may die possessed of & is my will that my husband use said
property as he sees fit and dispose of the same as he may see fit. In the event that said John Woodall
dies possessed of any of the real Estate that goes to him by reason of this Will, is to go to Mack Ellard
who now lives in the State of Arkansas. It is my will and desire and I bequeath to my husband John Woodall
all the personal property that I may possessed of and any money that I may have at the time of my death
to be handled and used as he may think best. It is my will and desire and I nominate and appoint my
husband John Woodall as my executor of this my last will and testment and without bond. I hereby revoke
any will that I have heretofore made and do hereby publish and declare this to be my last will and

The foregoing instrument was signed by the testator Arminda Woodall in our presence and in the presence
of each other and declared by the testator to be her last will and testament and we at her request and in
her presence and the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses to this her last will
