Will of Mary McRee Hastings

I, Mrs. Mary McRee Hastings of South Pittsburg, Ternnessee, being of sound mind and disposing memory and
realizing that my time on this earth is not long, do make and declare, this my last will and testament,
as follows:
To Margaret and Katharne [sic] Stoner, my legally adopted children, I hereby devise and bequeath all of
my real and personal property that I have now have or may have at my death, I also devise and bequeath
to the said Margaret and Katheryn Stoner any and all equities that I now have or may have at my death.
The aforesaid Margaret and Katheryn Stoner are to and shall have equal shares in the afore said property
or said interests therein. That is the said legatees and devisees shall share and share alike, making
such division as may be mutually agreed upon by them.
I, Mary McRee Hastings make this will of my own free volition and will and free from duress or constraint.

the undersigned, who in her sight and presence and in the presence of each other and at her request have
