I Mary Jane Malcom of South Pittsburg, Tennessee, do hereby make, publish and declare this my last will and testament, in manner and form following:


I direct that all my just debts and burial expenses be paid as soon after my decease as can be convenitly [sic] done.


I direct that my executor, hereinafter named, convert all my property, of which I may die possessed, whether real or personal, or mixed, wherever situated, into cash as soon after my decease as he can conviently [sic] do so, in order that he may carry into effect the directions contained in section one.


I direct that all money remaining in the hands of my executor, after carrying into effect the provisions of section one, shall be divided equally between the sons of my deceased husband Casper Malcom and Jesse Malcom.


I do hereby nominate, Constitute and appoint Taylor Cameron, of Stevenson, Alabama, executor of this my last will and testament, I further direct that no bond shall be required of him for the execution of this last will and testament.


I hereby revoke all former and other testamentary dispossions [sic] of my property by me heretofore at any time made.

I witness whereof, I have hereunto subscribed my name, at my residence, on this the 18 day of Feb.1914 in the presence of R. A. Hudson and H. A. Griffith, whom I have requested to become attesting witnesses hereto.

The forgoing instrument was subscribed, sealed and published and declared by Mary Jane Malcom as and for her last will and testament, in our presence, and in the presence of each of us, and we at the same time, at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other hereto subscribed our names and residences as attesting witnesses.
