Will of I. A. Parker

The last will of I. A. Parker of Marion County, Tennessee, being of sound mind at the time of making and
publishing the last will and testament I give and devise all my estate real and personal whereof I may
die seized or possessed of to my son Marion and my wife Jane to have and to hold the same to [t]hemselves
their heirs and assigns forever upon the uses and trusts following namely instruct to pay all my debts
and funeral expenses.
Second To provide for my wife during her widowhood and those of her children dependant upon her out of
the interest, income and revenue of all my estate and thirdly upon the death or marriage of my wife the
surviving trustee will continue to provide for such children as are still dependent for support. I want
my son Marion to have controll [sic] of my estate and be cared for as long as he is dependant [sic] on
the estate for support and when all other dependants [sic] are cared for said property equally divided
between all my heirs and I hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said trustees Marion Parker and
Jane Parker of this my last Will and testament. In testimony whereof I hereunto set my hand and seal and
publish and decree this to be my last Will and testiment [sic] in presence of the witnesses named below.
This 25th day of June in the year One thousand nine hundred and thirteen (1913)

presence of us who at his request, and in his presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed
