Will of Mary A. Miller

I Mary A. Miller formerly of Franklin County, Tenn, but now of So Pittsburg, Tenn do hereby make and publish this as my last will and testament, hereby revoking all others at any time by me previously made.

1.

I direct that all my debts be paid out of any monies I may die possessed of or that may first come into the hands of my executor or executrix.

I appoint my daughter Mrs Martha A Johnston my executrix and she will not be required to make any bond in order to administer my said estate.

I give and bequeath to my said daughter Mrs. Martha A Johnston all my property both real and personal wherever the same be situated including all notes, accounts, due bills, bonds, stocks or any other chose in action by other evidence of debt whatsoever be its character or nature my intention is to give her all the property I may die seized and possessed of of every kind and character.
