Know all men by these presents, that I, John Malcolm being of sound mind, and disposing memory, do make and publish this my last will and testament.

First I devise and bequeath to my wife, Mary Jane Malcolm, all the property real and personal, I may be possessed of at the time of my death, to have and to hold the same without molestation from anyone, as long as she lives, she is to be allowed the privilege of selling the property for her support if it becomes necessary at any time after my death.

Second I devise and bequeath to my two sons, Jesse Malcolm and Casper Malcolm, one dollar each, to be paid to then out of the estate, after the death of my wife, provided she she does not need to sell the estate for her support after I am deceased.

If my wife gets so feeble she is unable to wait on herself, and has to be cared for by some one else, then, in case she dies without having having disposed of the property, all the property, except the dollar for my two sons, mentioned above, it is to be given to the one who attends to her wants in her last sickness.

In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name this 20th day of Sept 1909.
