I Alexander Pickett of Whitwell, Tennessee, being of sound mind and disposing memory do make, publish and declare this as my last will and testament, hereby revoking and making void all others [sic] wills by me at any time made.

First:- I direct that my funeral expenses and all my just debts be paid as soon after my death as possible, out of any moneys that I may die possessed of or may first come onto the hands of my executor.

Second:- I give, devise and bequeath unto my brother, Isaac Pickett and my sister Elizabeth Pickett, both of Whitwell, Tenn. All of the property, Real, Personal or mixed of which I shall die seized and possessed or to which I may be entitled at the time of my decease, they, the said Isaac and Elizabeth Pickett, to share and share equally and a like in the division and distribution of the same.

Lastly:- I do hereby nominate and appoint my said brother Isaac Pickett as my executor and I do hereby cloth [sic] my said executor with full power and complete and lawful authority to collect all moneys due me at the time of my death or which may be due me at any time after my decease and to manage, sell and dispose of any and all property be Real, and Personal of which I shall die seized and possessed as it may appear to him to be to the best interest of the aforesaid devisees; my said sister Elizabeth to share equally with my said executor in all rents [?__ments] and proceeds of and from the same. It being my express desire that my said executor be excused from making and entering into bond.

In witness whereof I do this my last will and testament set my hand, this January the 11^th 1907.

Signed and published by Alexander Pickett as his last will and testament in our presence and we have signed the same as witnesses to the same, we having signed the same at the request of the said testator and in his presence and in the presence of each other.
