Whitwell, Tenn Apr 24th 1911

Know all person that I Jessie B. Pickett have on this 24th day of Aprile [sic] 1911 made and constituted my Last will and testament for Love and affection I Give unto my wife Mary Pickett the following Personal Property to wit to consist of one mule & wagon gears all house hold & kitchen furniture and Jewelry and all farming tools that I now own are hereafter my own.

Made to include all rents on all houses Or may come under my control and to further include all baken [sic] & pork or live hogs if they be any. This will is made to include everything I now own of a personal nature except one Bay horse mule willed to my Grandson Grover Terry and also include one milk cow and calf. This Being my Last will and Testament I do by these Presents convey all the aboved [sic] willed Personal Property to my wife Marry [sic] Pickett During her Natural Life and do by these Presents appoint her to be her own excatrin [sic?] of this will and to be her own gardian [sic] without Given Bond or Being qualified to the same to have and to hold unto my wife Marry Pickett till Death During her Natural Life. Given under my hand and seal this the 24th day of Apr 1911.

Before me W. H. White a notary Public duly appointed commissioned and qualified in and for the County and State aforesaid, personally appeared Jessie B. Pickett of Whitwell, Tenn. The within named bargainor with whom I am personally acquainted and who acknowledged that he executed the within will for the purposes therein contained.
In testimony whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and notoral seal at office in the town of Whitwell, Tennessee on this the 24th day of April 1911.
