Will of J. W. Price

I, J. W. Price being a resident of Marion County, Tennessee and being of lawful age and disposing mind and memory do make and declare this to be my last will and testament, hereby revoking any and all wills heretofore made by me.

Article No 1

I hereby direct my executrix hereinafter named to pay all my just debts when this will takes effect.

Article No 2.

I hereby devise and bequeath to my wife Mary Price all my estate real and personal and of every kind and nature.

To have and to hold my said real estate in fee simple with full power and authority to dispose thereof as she may deem best for herself and our child.

Article No 3.

I hereby appoint my beloved wife Mary Price Executrix of this my will of whom no bond shall be required.

Witness my hand and seal this the 6th day of May 1910
