Chattanooga, Tenn Mar 29^th 1909.

I hereby deed to Flora Pearl Armstrong my daughter for the love & affection I have for her my lot & house, where my house now is corner fourth street and Holly avenue at South Pittsburg, Tenn. It is further understood that my boys Justin [?Lardon] & James Armstrong are to live there as long as they desire or remain single & should Flora Pearl mary [sic] before the boys she and they are to share equally & this clause is a part of the consideration of this deed.
