State of Tenn Marion County

I, G. W. Moore do make and publish this my last will and testament.

First:- I direct that any funeral expenses be paid as soon after my death as possible. Second:- I give and bequeath to my wife Mrs N. E. Moore all of my effects both personal and real. To have and to hold and controle [sic]: during her natural life and at her death I direct give and bequeathe [sic] to my son G. M. Moore the lands I bought from John Harp and John Heath which are fully described in their deeds made to me, which deeds are spread of record in the Registers office in Jasper of said County. Next I give and bequeath to my daughter Ara M. Wampler in addition to what I have heretofore given her, Six hundred dollars $600.00 and my piano. Next I give and bequeath to my son W. O. Moore, the river place: bought of Samuel Williams and Eliza Duncan, said lands are fully described in their deeds made to me and recorded in the Registers office in Jasper of said County. I also give him the Whortlebery place Bought of Samuel WIllams and Harriet L. Gaskell (Better known as the widow of James Whiteside deceased) said lands are fully described in their deeds made to me which are recorded in the Registers office in Jasper in said County. I further direct that W. O. Moore shal [sic] pay his Brother Charley C. Moore five hundred dollars $500.00 in addition to what I have heretofore given him. I sill [sic]] further direct that W. O. Moore is to give my Grand Sons Joseph Reece Wampler and George Moore Wampler when they reach their majority or become 21 years of age each one hundred dollars each a piece.

All of my personal effects of every kind and description not above named that may remain after the death of my wife above named shall be equally divided between my four children named above. I direct that Charley C. Moore is to have the money paid the A.O.W.W. as dues on my policy or beneficiary Certificate and its interest money to be taken out of the amount set out in said policy on final settlement with said order.

I do hereby appoint my three sons G. M. Moore, W. O. Moore and Charley C. Moore my Executors without bond. Witness hereof I do this my Will set my hand this the 10th day of February, one thousand nine hundred and six 1906.
