Marion County
I, John Foster of Ketchall, Tennessee being of sound mind and having faith in the mercy of Almighty God do
make this my last will revoking all others heretofore made by me.
I give to my beloved mother Sarah Foster, all of my possessions both real & personal to hold and to
have for her sole and separate use during her natural life, at her death (Sarah Foster) I do will that
all the aforesaid possessions be equally divided between my two beloved brother (William S. Foster and
James Foster). This I do for the love and affection I have for them and for services rendered.
I appoint as my executors to carry out this will my two brothers William S. Foster & James Foster.
Witness my hand & seal this Jan. 15, 1906
