I, T. W. Johnston do make this as my last will and testament hereby revoking and making void all others by me at any time made.

First: I direct that all my debts be paid, out of any moneys that I may die possessed or may first come into the hands of my executor.

Second: I appoint my wife Martha A. Johnston my executrix without bond.

I give and bequeath to my wife Martha A. Johnston all of my property both personal and realty. In witness where of I do to this my will, set my hand this ninth day of April one thousand eight hundred and ninety eight.
