Will of T. W. Johnston

I, T. W. Johnston do make this as my last will and testament hereby revoking and making void all others by
me at any time made.
First: I direct that all my debts be paid, out of any moneys that I may die possessed or may first come
into the hands of my executor.
Second: I appoint my wife Martha A. Johnston my executrix without bond.
I give and bequeath to my wife Martha A. Johnston all of my property both personal and realty. In witness
where of I do to this my will, set my hand this ninth day of April one thousand eight hundred and ninety
eight.
