Will of M. E. Mabee

I M. E. Mabee, do make and publish, this as my last will and testimony hereby revoking and making void any others by me at any time made. First; I direct that all my funeral expenses and all my debts be paid as soon after my death as possible out of any moneys that I may die possesed [sic] of or may first come into the hands of my executor. Second: I give and bequeath to Ollie C. Mabee my home place in Mont eagle, Marion Co. Tenn. bounded on the North by Front St. South by Church St. East by Spring St. West by W J Thompson together with all its belongings consisting of household and kitchen furniture such as stove and vessels, dishes, silverware beds & fixtures, bureaus, tables, chairs, stands, wardrobe, hatrack and looking-glasses & pictures: Lastly: I do hereby nominate and appoint Ollie C. Mabee my executor In witness whereof I do to this my will set my hand this the 9th day of October 1902
