Will of Lou Jones

I Lou Jones of So Pittsburg, Tenn. being of sound and disposing mind & memory do make publish and declare this to be my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills made by me at any time heretofore and as to my worldly estate and all the property of which I die seized and possessed I devise bequeath and dispose thereof in the following manner. My will is that all my just debts and funeral expenses shall by my executor hereinafter mentioned be paid out of my personal estate as soon after my death as is convenient. and if there is any personal property, furniture or household goods left after all my just debts are paid; it is my will that they be equally divided between my children, namely James Jones Low Jones Jarrett Jones and Mary White. As to my Real Estate, it is my will that it be divided in the following manner, to wit: I desire that the piece of land owned by me be divided into lots and numbered as is Indicated on the opposite side of this paper.

I give devise and bequeath to my son James Jones Lot No. 1 on which my residence is located Said lot being situated in the So. East corner of my land adjoining lot owned by Jno. White and being one-half of the So. half of my lot containing one eight of an acre.

I give devise and bequeath to my daughter Mary Jones White lot No. 2 which is just back and west of lot No. 1 this being one-half of the So. half of my lot containing one eight of an acre.

I give and devise to my son Low Jones Lot No. 3 which is bounded on the east by the Pub. Road leading from So Pittsburg to Jasper bounded on the So. by Lots No 1 & 2 and on the north by Lot No. 4 and extending back to my west line containing one eight of an acre.

I give and devise to my son Jarrett Jones Lot No. 4 which is bounded on the east by the Pub. Road on the north by my north line on the west by my west line and on the So. by Lot 2. 3 containing one eight of an acre and all Improvements on each lot is to go with said lots. And lastly I nominate and appoint my son Jarrett Jones to be the Executor of my last will and testament. In witness whereof I the said Lou Jones have to this my last will and testament subscribed my name
