I John Landon Moffat being desirous of disposing of my property in the event of death do hereby bequeath and devise to my two youngest sisters namely Miss M Adeline Moffat and Mrs. Lillian R. Gilfellan all the property of which I may die possessed. This includes all the real estate that I have an interest in at Monteagle, or elsewhere, all notes, cash on hand or on deposit and all my personal property not disposed of at the time of my death.
