I, M. A. Pryor being of sound mind and disposing memory do make and publish this as my last will and testament.

First Clause

I give and bequeath to my sister Mrs. E. J. Duke of Marion County, Tennessee, the sum of Two Thousand (2000) Dollars.

Second Clause

I will and bequeath to my sister Mrs. S. C. McCoy of Marion County, Tennessee, the sum of Two Thousand (2000) Dollars.

Third Clause

I will and bequeath to my brother E. M. Hornbeak of Mere Rough [sic- should be Mer Rouge], La, the sum of One Thousand (1000) Dollars.
Fourth Clause

I direct that my executor herein after named out of any money coming into his hands expend as much as One Thousand (1000) Dollars in removing the remains of my father from the State of Louisiana where they now are to the family burying near Ebenezer Church in Marion County, Tennessee, and in putting around said family lot a substantial rock wall so as to enclose the graves of my father, mother and two children.

Fifth Clause

I give to my two sisters named above, my wearing apparel and bed room furniture in my own room and the rest and residue of household and kitchen furniture, stock and farming utensils, moneys and all the personal property I give to Mrs E. J. Alexander, Dora Hale and Attye Hall share and share alike.

Sixth Clause

I appoint J Russell Pryor of Jasper, Tennessee as my executor and excuse him from giving bond and bequeath to him the sum of Fifty (50) Dollars as his compensation for his services as such executor.
