Be it known that I, Clarence Henry Pearson of Sequachee in the County of Marion and the State of Tennessee, do make and publish this, my last will and testament.

I give, bequeath and devise unto my wife, Flora O. Pearson, all the property, real, personal and mixed, wherein situate, of which I may die possessed.

I nominate the said Flora O. Pearson to be executrix of this will, and request that she be allowed to act in that capacity without giving the usual bond.

Signed and sealed by the said Clarence H. Pearson as his last will and testament and by us at his request, in his presence and in the presence of each other subscribing as witnesses. The signature “Clarence Henry Pearson” was actually written by the hand of Mathilde B Gustafson at the request and by express authority of the said Pearson, he being physically unable to guide the pen.
