Will of Martha W Garvey

Know all men by these Presents that I Martha W Garvey being now in good health and of sound
mind and knowing the uncertainty of life Do make this to be my last will and testament.
That is to say I do hereby give Grant devise and bequeath unto my beloved husband Wm Garvey all
and every kind of Property Real and Personal or mixed that I may die Possessed of and do I [sic]
Particular give grant Devise and bequeath unto the said Wm Garvey all and every right title or
interest that I now have or may hereafter have in and to the estate of my father Robert Wacob
and this interest is intended to pass to my said husband Wm Garvey all right and interest of
every kind no matter what that I now have or may hereafter have in said Estate of Robert Wacob
Every thing going to Wm Garvey under this will to be his in full to Do with as he may see fit.
I Do hereby constitute and appoint the said Wm Garvey as the sole executor of this my will he
to act with out bond of any kind
