Will of H. H. Havron

Jasper Tenn Sept 6th 1897

I H H Havron do by these Presents make and Publish this my last will and testament hereby revokeing [sic]] all others by me at any time Previously made.
1st

As soon after my Death as it can be done Reasonably I desire all my just Debts to be paid includeing [sic] funeral expenses

2nd

I give bequeath and devise to my beloved wife Rebecca Y Havron for and during her life all the Balance Residue and remainder of my Estate Real and Personal where ever situated.

3rd

On the falling in if the life estate of my said wife that is at her death I give and devise all my said Property Real and Personal as follows
To my daughter Mrs S. B. Johnson one undivided one fourt [sic] interest in said property To my son Charles B Havron one undivide [sic] one forth interest in said Property
To my daughter Mrs Byron E Tatum one undivided one forth interest in said Property.
and to my step daughter Miss [?Fanie/Fonie] Lindsay I give and devise one undivided one forth interest in all said property at the death of my said wife I want my said children and my step daughter [?Fanie/Fonie] Lindsay to have all my estate Real and Personal share and share alike.
To my son Benjamon F Havron I give my Good will and a Parents Blessing as I do my other children I have not given him any Property in this will not because I do not love him just as I do the other children but because I think I have already Provided for him by giveing [sic] him Property Equal in value to the shares of each of the other children under this will.
I hereby constitute and appoint my beloved wife Rebecca Y Havron executrix of this my last will and testament and she will not be required to give any bond for the faithful Performance of her duties as such executrix as now Required by the law of the State this June 19th 1897.
