In the name of God I will all my estate I possess in this world being weak in body but of sound and Perfect mind and memory considering the uncertainty of this mortal life and being of sound mind.

Blessed be God Almity [sic] for the same do make and publish this my last will and testament in maner and form as follows that is to say

First I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife L. C. Farmer and to W. C. Decord & S. C. Decord being in Marion County Tenn the 10th district this writen [sic] June 9th 1896
