Will of Isaac Kersey

I Isaac Kersey do hereby make and publish my last will and Testament and revoke and declare
void any other if there be any. (to wit)
First
I will and bequeath to to [sic] my daughter Elizabeth who intermarried with Ephram Colston and
her heirs all of my Real Estate which consists of the place on which I now live with my daughter
and her husband E Colston consisting of three tracts, pieces or parcels of land one piece was
deeded to me by the Clerk of the County Court of Marion County and State of Tennessee and one a
grant from the State of Tennessee the other deeded to me by J. W. Dame with all the appertinances
[sic] and improvements thereon. I also will and bequeath my horse Spango [?] to my daughter
Elizabeth and her heirs.
Second
I will and bequeath to my daughter Lucinda who intermarried with Rufus Rogers and her heirs
five dollars.
Third
I will and bequeath to my daughter Malinda who intermarried with Burrell Moore who now lives in
the State of Arkansas Five Dollars, the two last bequests to be paid by my daughter Elizabeth
and her husband Ephraim Colston. The conditions of this will are that the said Elizabeth
Colston and her husband Ephraim are to take care of and provide for me as long as I may live.
