Will of B. S. Hopkins

I B. S. Hopkins do hereby make and publish this, my last will and testament hereby revoking all others before made by me.
First

I desire and so direct that at my death all my just debts shall be paid out of any property that I may die seized and possessed of and after the debts are paid then that all my property both real and personal shall go to my wife M. S. Hopkins during her natural life.
Second

At the death of my wife I will and direct that all the property willed to her shall go to my three daughters to wit Adelie M Powell Catherine E Comer and Julia H Hopkins and to the heirs of their respective bodies. Said daughters are to take said property share and share alike and are to hold it and every portion thereof to their sole and separate uses free from the control of their husbands or any future husbands that they or any of them may hereafter have. In witness thereof I have this day subscribed my name hereto in the presence of the subscribing witnesses hereto to wit A. L. Spears and J. E. Spring and I appoint W. B. Comer my executor to cary the same into effect this March 18th 1891.
