I Nancy Ellis for the love and affection that I have for my brother Jacob Ellis give him my whole interest in all the land the [sic] we are seized and possessed of his life time at his death his daughter Nancy Catherine to have it.

I want Hannah Bible to have one hundred dollars in money, Nathaniel Ellis to have one hundred dollars in money, James Ellis to have one hundred dollars in money, Milley Ellis to have one hundred dollars in money, Sarah Ellis to have one hundred dollars in money and Milley Ellis three sons to have fifty dollars apiece and my brother Jacob Ellis and his daughter Nancy Catherine to have the remainder for which they are to take care of me as long as I live this July the 15 fifteenth day 1889 one thousand eighteen hundred and eighty nine.
