Will of Smith Coppinger

I Smith Coppinger of Marion County Tennessee have this day made and published this as my last will and testament hereby revoking all other wills I may have made.

1st I desire all my just debts paid and I desire a decent burial and to have erected over my grave a suitable tomb stone.

2nd After the payment of the above matters I will and bequeath and desire all my real and personal property to Elizabeth Burnett wife of Malcom Burnett and Sarah Dixon wife of Dallas Dixon share and share alike except that Austin Coppinger is to have one third interest in the mineral in my lands

3rd I nominate and appoint Austin Coppinger my Executor who is excused from giving bond. Oct 20 1885
