I Ellen Magill make and publish this as my last will and testament hereby revoking and making void all others at any time made.

First I direct that my funeral expenses and all of my debts and board be paid and the remainder of my lot of land to be equally divided with Sherman Sanders and Colly Rankin and Sim Magill at my death this Nov. 15 1889.
