I Jesse Kindrick do make and publish this as my last will and testament hereby revoking and
making void all others by me at any time made. First I direct that my funeral Expenses and all
my debts be paid as soon after my death as possible out of any moneys that I may die possessed
of or may first come into the hands of my executor
Secondly I give and bequeath to my Daughter Tilitha Ann James and her husband Walter James the
north west quarter of the north East quarter of section 33 first fractional township 7th Range
West Ocoee district containing 40 acres more or less said land lying and being in the 8th civil
district of Marion County Tennessee
Thirdly I give my daughter Tilitha Ann James my sorrel mare colt Lastly I do hereby nominate and
appoint R. E. Wiswill my executor In witness whereof I do to this my will set my hand this 29th
day of June 1888
